Position Summary We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic sales professional, reporting into the Head of Sales and Progression for AIM Business School. You'll require a proven ability in qualifying leads, a passion for sales and a passion to support students on their path, to engage in training and development. You'll need a hunger and drive to meet and exceed sales targets and be able to adapt to an ever-changing, dynamic environment. You will work well on your own and enjoy contributing to the team’s success. Key Tasks Action outbound calls, emails and SMS to leads generated by AIM to connect with potential students, wanting a Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma or MBA Determine eligibility by comparing client experience to qualification requirements. Become a trusted advisor, educating clients, answering questions and providing information. Essential Criteria 2 years’ outbound tele-sales experience, (preferably in the education sector). CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
