The role Create world-class content for leading global brands Based in Sydney, you’ll lead some of our most important client relationships and projects across APAC. As a Client Director, you’ll drive high-impact content programs from briefing through to final delivery – ensuring creative excellence, fast turnarounds and seamless production. Reporting to our Senior Client Director – APAC, you’ll play an important role within our Sydney team and collaborate closely with our broader global network. You’ll work with leading clients including Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, Kimberly-Clark and P&G, delivering best-practice content built for today’s digital platforms. What you’ll do Lead large-scale content programs and partnerships, ensuring we deliver impactful work that performs Oversee creative and production workflows, managing budgets, timelines and quality to exceed client expectations Guide clients in shortlisting creative responses and selecting the right partners to bring ideas to life Collaborate with our creator network to elevate creative ideas and execution Act as the key point of escalation during production, resolving issues with confidence and clarity Develop and facilitate workshops that bring marketers, creators and media partners together As a key part of our APAC team (which includes Sydney & Singapore), you’ll also collaborate with global colleagues to share insights, surface opportunities and support cross-market success Contribute ideas to improve our platform, tools and processes for clients and creators What you’ll bring – minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience 10 years’ experience in a marketing, creative or production role within an agency, brand or media environment Strong understanding of social and digital content best practice across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest What you’ll bring – preferred Experience working across the APAC region Proven ability to deliver results under pressure with a strong client service mindset Exceptional problem-solving, communication and people leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously Fluency in English and another APAC region language A key role within the business, to lead creative projects, manage client relationships, collaborate with media platforms, and contribute to new business development.
