With rapid growth of our business, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Advisor to support our Chief Operating Officer across a wide range of generalist HR and Recruitment activities. As HR Advisor, you will play a key role in the company’s change management, employee recruitment initiatives and organisational integration . Your Role Will Include Partnering with leadership to provide advice, coaching and practical support in both HR and IR functions Implement and manage HR systems, policies, and compliance frameworks Partner with leadership to support workforce planning, learning and development, succession planning and culture building initiatives End to end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding Development and maintenance of employment contracts including any associated amendments and employee records Identifying and implementing improvements to streamline processes Assist with early management of workers compensation including lodgement and managing minor claims What You’ll Bring A proactive mindset, strong work ethic and willingness to adapt to fast-paced project environments Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar HR Advisor role, preferably within the civil construction or mining industries Solid understanding of Fair Work Act and Awards systems Full cycle HR capability from recruitment to onboarding, learning and development, performance and offboarding Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail and ability to prioritise task Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to build effective relationship Proficiency in Microsoft Office Valid Australian work rights Driver's license (minimum "C" class) Beneficial but not essential HR or Business-related qualification or currently undertaking Experience with My Recruitment Plus or similar systems What We Offer Full-time permanent position Competitive salary Collaborative and supportive team environment focussed on growth and development Fortnightly pay Pre-employment Requirements Successful candidates will need to: Complete a pre-employment medical Pass initial and ongoing drug & alcohol screening Police Clearance Comply with Garli’s Drug & Alcohol Policy Garli Culture At Garli Group, we believe in developing our people.
