Direct message the job poster from Redwolf Rosch Technology Innovation, Digital Transformation, Recruitment & Consulting Identity & Access Management 12-month contract Location Melbourne We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and lead secure, scalable IAM solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments using Okta, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID, with a focus on technical leadership, architectural design, and integration. ROLE Create robust hybrid identity solutions integrating on-prem AD, Okta, and Microsoft Entra ID, covering workforce, partner, and customer identities with support for SSO, MFA, and federation. Architect transition models for M&A and IT transformations. Develop and implement IGA frameworks, including RBAC, ABAC, JIT provisioning, and user entitlement reviews. Integrate Okta LCM with HR, MDM, and ITSM systems to automate onboarding, offboarding, and access request processes. Enforce Zero Trust identity principles using conditional access, device compliance, and risk-based authentication. Implement privileged identity management controls and ensure regulatory compliance through auditing and reporting. Lead integration of identity platforms (Okta, Entra ID, AD) with enterprise systems like M365, Intune, SAP, Salesforce, and custom legacy apps. Configure identity protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SCIM) for seamless access across environments. Act as the IAM SME, driving modernization, cloud adoption, and security initiatives. Mentor IAM teams and collaborate cross-functionally to align identity strategies with enterprise goals. YOU Extensive background in IAM, security architecture, and enterprise IT, with a strong focus on identity and access management. Hands-on experience with Okta Identity Cloud, including SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and Universal Directory. Proficient in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for B2B/B2C, Conditional Access, and Identity Protection, as well as deep experience with Active Directory (GPOs, trusts, forest/domain management, migrations). Skilled in architecting and managing hybrid identity environments across on-premises and cloud infrastructures. Familiar with legacy protocols (LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM) and modernization strategies for transitioning to cloud-native authentication. APPLY NOW!
