About the Opportunity: The Customer Service Administrator is a key member of the Customer Support and Delivery team, managing multiple projects for a customer brand from project start through to site, including after-delivery support The Client Coordinator role will be responsible for, but not limited to: •End-to-end administration throughout the project’s lifecycle, from processing customer orders to scheduling manufacturing based on client and operational demand. •Communicate with clients on a regular basis to provide status updates on projects •Coordinate project specific product and materials procurement •Analyse data and drive continuous improvement initiatives •Log and action client feedback, provide resolutions and outcomes within service response times •Build and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders •Focus on customer service and client experience About you: You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger.
