Pick Packer / Inventory Administrator – Carrum Downs Location: Carrum Downs, VIC Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm (3–5 days per week) About the Role: NOV Australia are currently seeking a reliable and organised Pick Packer / Inventory Administrator to join our team at the Carrum Downs branch. This is a hands-on role that involves order processing, inventory coordination, and supporting daily warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: Process daily customer orders using the internal CRM system (JDE) Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries through MyFreight Label cartons and pallets as part of the daily dispatch process Maintain clear communication with internal teams regarding customer orders Organise and place daily orders into designated picker trays Complete and consolidate month-end filing tasks Keep the workstation clean, organised, and safe at all times Key Skills & Attributes: Fluent spoken and written English Intermediate computer skills Experience with CRM systems (JDE experience highly regarded) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team environment Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently when required Interested candidates click on the “APPLY NOW” button and submit your full updated resume online.
