Play an important part in supporting resident experience at our home. Admissions Officer: Monday to Friday The Role: As an admissions officer in our aged care facility you will manage the process of welcoming new residents and families. Your role will include: Waitlist Management Coordinating administrative aspects of the resident admissions process Ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently, including applications, financial agreements, and other relevant forms Maintaining occupancy rates by effectively managing inquiries & tours Assisting with resident enquiries Build rapport with prospective residents and their families Liaising with clinical staff to arrange pre-admission assessments This position works closely with the Residential Service Manager and broader team to ensure residents receive high-quality, respectful and responsive care. What We’re Looking For: Previous administration experience – aged care or health care setting Qualification in Business Administration, Aged Care or related field Friendly and professional communication style Compassion and Empathy Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Sales and Marketing experience or exposure Proficiency with Microsoft Office and confidence using internal systems NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) What’s in it for you?
