Labour Connect is currently seeking experienced Formwork Carpenters for several major commercial and high-rise projects across Sydney. We are offering ongoing full-time work with excellent rates, site stability, and opportunities to work with leading contractors on landmark builds. YOUR DAILY TASKS: Erect and dismantle modular formwork systems (Peri, RMD, Doka, etc.) Work on table forms, jump forms, core walls, slabs, and columns. Interpret construction drawings and perform accurate setouts. Follow site safety procedures and work closely with experienced crews. WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING: Minimum 4 years of experience in formwork carpentry White Card (required) Desirable (not essential): Formwork & Falsework VOC or accredited training Confined Space Entry (for shaft/core wall work) Manual Handling and concrete placement experience Great attitude and reliable work ethic LOCATIONS : Projects across Sydney CBD, Inner West, Southwest & Greater Western Suburbs Involves high-rise apartments, commercial towers, and structural concrete works.
