About the Role You’ll join the Building Services team as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, providing leadership, technical guidance and project oversight. Key responsibilities include: Leading mechanical design for HVAC and building services projects Mentoring and guiding junior engineers Working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver project outcomes Managing regulated designs and ensuring compliance with Design and Building Practitioners legislation Exposure to healthcare projects, including desirable experience in medical gas design About You To be successful, you’ll bring: A minimum of 5 years’ Australian HVAC and Building Services experience Registration as a Regulated Design Practitioner (RDP) – or the ability to obtain registration Experience in client-facing roles and delivering mechanical services projects Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to lead, coach and influence within a team environment Experience with healthcare projects or medical gas design highly desirable Ready to Apply?
