Job Description Conduct comprehensive assessments & develop bespoke treatment plans for paediatric or adult clients. Deliver engaging, evidence-based individual and group therapy both in-clinic and within community spaces. Partner with families & carers to co-create goals and coach them in strategies for everyday life. Collaborate with our OT and psychologist to deliver truly integrated care. Monitor progress, document outcomes, and prepare reports aligned with best-practice standards. Participate in regular case conferences, clinical supervision sessions, and professional development workshops. Stay abreast of current research, incorporating new techniques and best-practice approaches.
