The Role: You will be required to work with our multidisciplinary team to provide specialised Physiotherapy treatment which is tailored to the individual needs of the live-in residents, to improve their quality of life. Regular RACF duties may involve; 1 to 1 treatments - see residents with specific treatment plan (evidence based treatments), referrals and assessments (falls and injuries) and exercise classes (focus on improving function). Roster: 38 hours per week - Monday to Friday! Flexible start and finish times! No independent KPI structures! Salary: Up to $80,000 (dependent on experience & working rights) superannuation employee benefits! Salary sacrificing and novated car leasing packages available! Commence in July or August 2025! Training and orientation provided by regional managers , including on-going management support and check-ins.
