Position: Pick & Pack Forklift Driver Location: Arndell Park Hourly Pay Rate: $36.50 per hour Shift Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and experienced storeperson with forklift driving skills to join our team in Arndell Park . This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage inventory efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will be responsible for manual picking and packing of products using printed order slips . Accuracy and speed are essential, as is confidence in reading part numbers and handling goods with care. Key Responsibilities: Manual Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack products based on printed order slips, ensuring correct items are selected and prepared for shipping in a timely manner. Inventory Management: Handle part numbers with precision and accuracy to ensure correct products are selected and packed. Forklift Operation: Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to load and unload goods from trucks and within the warehouse. Warehouse Support: Assist with other warehouse duties as required, including stock management and organization. Truck Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring items are securely placed and that no damage occurs during the process. Quality Control: Ensure all products meet company quality standards and are free from defects or damages before shipment. Key Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in a manual pick & pack role, preferably in a warehouse or distribution setting. Forklift License: A valid forklift license with practical experience in operating forklifts for loading/unloading trucks and moving goods around the warehouse. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to remember and manage part numbers accurately. Reliability: Excellent punctuality, a reliable work ethic, and a strong sense of responsibility in a fast-paced work environment. Physical Fitness: Ability to handle the physical demands of the role, including manual lifting and working in a busy warehouse environment.
