About the role: Our client is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to provide administrative support to a busy Property Management team. This is not a portfolio role, your focus will be on documentation and compliance, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing Ingoing Condition Reports Drafting Rent Increases, Lease Renewals, and Notices to Vacate General admin support across the PM team About you: Detail-oriented and highly organised Confident working independently and managing deadlines Exposure to real estate or property management admin is ideal but not necessary Understanding of compliance and documentation processes is a bonus You’ll need: A current Agent’s Representative Certificate A reliable car and Australian Driver’s Licence Good attitude, outgoing personality Located within 30 minutes of St Kilda (a must).
