The London office is a hub for high-end dealmaking across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with mandates spanning public and private M&A, leveraged buyouts, growth investments and secondary sales. The team operates in a collaborative, high-performance environment with deep sectoral expertise and a strong focus on developing future leaders. About the Role You will act for private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, institutional investors, and multinational corporates on complex transactions across sectors including energy, infrastructure, life sciences, technology and financial services. You’ll manage deal teams, negotiate key transaction documents, coordinate due diligence and advise on structuring, regulatory and execution issues. This role offers significant responsibility, partner access, and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with premium clients.
