About the Role As a Leasing Lawyer, you will work as part of a dedicated national team advising on commercial, industrial and retail leases. You will draft and negotiate leasing documents including agreements for lease, renewals, variations, subleases and surrenders. You will act for both landlords and tenants across diverse asset classes and jurisdictions, while managing workflow efficiently and accurately under time pressure. This is a high-volume role suited to a lawyer with strong document handling capability, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters concurrently. Key Responsibilities Draft, review and negotiate lease agreements, renewals, licences and associated documents Liaise with clients, tenants, agents and other lawyers in the negotiation process Maintain workflow and meet turnaround time expectations in a volume leasing practice Support property and development teams on project-related leasing Contribute to process improvement and document automation initiatives Maintain client service standards and uphold accuracy under pressure Practice Focus Retail, commercial and industrial leasing Agreements for lease, variations, surrenders and licences High-volume leasing portfolio management Landlord and tenant advisory National property portfolios and institutional clients Candidate Profile 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience in leasing, real estate or property law Confident drafting and negotiating leases and related property agreements Experience in a high-volume leasing environment highly regarded Strong file management and time prioritisation skills Collaborative, accurate and commercially minded What’s on Offer Work with a top-tier leasing team managing national portfolios Exposure to institutional clients, developers and national retailers Fast-paced and well-supported team environment Clear progression pathway and ongoing development Competitive salary and flexible working options How to Apply To apply, send your CV and a brief cover letter.
