About the Role: As a clinical and operational leader, you will: Lead and mentor a team of allied health therapists across a transdisciplinary caseload Deliver evidence-informed therapy services and oversee performance targets Conduct assessments, set goals, and collaborate with families to enhance client outcomes Champion best practice, drive continuous service improvement, and support inclusion Actively contribute to supervision, development, and the strategic direction of the practice About You: You’re someone who thrives in dynamic environments and brings: Unrestricted registration and professional body membership (AHPRA, SPA, APS) Proven experience in leadership and multidisciplinary therapy services Strong communication, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills Track record of achieving clinical and operational KPIs Current driver's license and relevant checks (WWCC, Police, NDIS, First Aid) What’s in it for you?
