You’ll be both strategic and hands-on, delivering robust reporting, driving budgeting and forecasting, managing liquidity, and overseeing investments. The role is ideal for a senior finance leader who thrives on improving systems and processes while building high-performing teams. DUTIES Lead finance, payroll, and investment teams, ensuring accurate and timely delivery Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling for informed decision-making Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to meet strategic goals Oversee compliance, statutory reporting, and audit requirements Improve financial systems, processes, and reporting for efficiency and accuracy SKILLS & EXPERIENCE CA/CPA qualified with 8 years’ senior finance leadership experience Experience in complex, multi-entity environments (aged care, health, or NFP preferred) Proven track record leading high-performing finance teams and managing audits Strong capability in investment oversight and cash flow management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with Board-level exposure APPLY NOW This is a rare opportunity to lead a critical finance function and influence strategic investment decisions in an organisation that truly makes a difference.
