The Opportunity We are seeking a full-time Centre Manager for either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will lead and motivate your team, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre. This role offers opportunities for growth, stability, and security within the larger AMA Group. Role Responsibilities Oversee production management to ensure targets are met and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition, meeting AMA and Work Provider quality standards. Manage quality, quotes, parts, and vehicle repairs to ensure comprehensive and accurate service. Provide exceptional customer service and stakeholder management through professional interactions. Ensure profitability by managing P&Ls, budgets, job costings, KPIs, and reports using available tools. Lead staffing and build positive relationships with work providers. Maintain site safety by adhering to WHS policies and promptly addressing safety incidents.
