This service is governed by a professional and supportive parent-led Committee of Management. The centre holds an Exceeding NQS rating across all seven Quality Areas, most recently reaffirmed in July 2023 and has been this way for the last three A&Rs. The centre features four highly resourced indoor learning environments and expansive natural outdoor spaces. Your leadership matters As Centre Director, you will: Lead excellence in governance, compliance, and continuous improvement aligned with National Law and Regulations Collaborate with the Educational Leader to embed a high-quality, play-based curriculum aligned with relevant VEYLDF/EYLF frameworks Champion reflective practice and data-informed planning through QIPs and A&R feedback Mentor, inspire, and empower a team of 35 educators and support staff, fostering professional growth and wellbeing Build and maintain strong partnerships with families, the community, and all stakeholders Oversee strategic operations, including budgeting, transparent governance, and long-term service sustainability Ensure full compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements What we are seeking ACECQA-recognised Degree (ideally) or Diploma qualification in ECEC Minimum five years of experience in Centre Director/Nominated Supervisor roles, ideally in community or not-for-profit service Proven expertise in NQF and NQS compliance, with a track record of exceeding outcomes A strategic, responsive leader who leads with empathy, action and professionalism A relationship-first approach to staff, families and governance where people and pedagogy come before profit Whether you are actively exploring or simply curious, we welcome a confidential chat.
