Key Responsibilities: Take charge of opening and closing the store during flexible hours (9AM – 1 AM), ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and non-judgmental attitude. Assist customers in finding the perfect products suited to their individual preferences. Maintain a clean and inviting store environment. Process transactions efficiently and accurately. Assist with inventory counts, stocktaking, and re-display of products. Input orders, invoice arrivals, and maintain a well-organized system for tracking stock levels. Take charge of pricing and visual merchandising for new stock deliveries, ensuring an appealing store layout. What We're Looking For: Enthusiastic individuals with a positive outlook. Extensive customer service and sales experience. Open-minded and non-judgmental approach to customer needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
