This could be the opportunity for you. We’re working with a leading home builder known for their high-end custom standalone homes and large-scale townhouse developments. With a solid pipeline of work and a strong industry reputation, they’re now looking to bring on an experienced estimator to join their team in a full-time, in-office position. What we’re looking for: 3 years' experience in production estimating for residential home builds Strong attention to detail and understanding of build processes Experience using Databuild and/or Framework (Bluebeam desirable) Team player with solid communication and problem-solving skills Located in Brisbane and able to work from the head office 5 days a week Opportunity to grow into a sales estimating role in the future (if desired) Perks: Up to $120k Super (dependent on experience) Career progression opportunities Flexible working considered (but primarily in-office) On-site parking and great team environment Ready to make your next move?
