Your New Role Your unique new role will see you working as a Junior Service Technician to join our broader technician team working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. This full-time, Monday to Friday role is primarily based at our Moorabbin warehouse but includes frequent travel across Victoria (majority Melbourne based) with no overnight stay requirements. You’ll support the installation and maintenance of their premium scent diffusion equipment in a range of exciting commercial environments — including luxury retail, hospitality, residential, and corporate settings. You’ll be someone who’s confident working onsite, skilled with basic troubleshooting, and seeking a diverse role, aspiring to upskill into a 100% VIC based Service Technician as the role evolves. Your day-to-day will involve: Installing and servicing scent diffusers at client premises across Victoria; Providing timely, expert-level repairs and preventative maintenance; Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery; Completing service reports and client communication in a prompt and professional manner; Responding to service requests and troubleshooting issues (within 24 hrs); and Supporting broader warehouse duties (approximately 50% of role) including occasional stocktaking, loading & unloading sea freight deliveries, testing new fragrances in lab machines, general overflow and order prep. Please note with this role being approximately 50% service, your new role will see you utilise the expense system for kilometre reimbursement, reimbursed same week. Service vehicle supplied when the role becomes completely service based as anticipated to evolve. What You Need to Succeed 1–3 years experience in a technical service, electrical, HVAC, or similar trade-based role; Full driver’s licence, comfortable to complete a National Police Check, & flexibility to travel across Melbourne metro mainly, along with occasional changes in start time (rare & client dependant); High attention to detail and great communication for basic reporting purposes— written, verbal and digital; Technically confident and comfortable using small hand and power tools; Ability to lift up to 12kg and work with light machinery/tools; and High school diploma required; trade qualifications or licenses will be highly regarded.
