Your New Role Your new role will see you working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with no weekends or overtime typically required. Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll manage shipping (domestic and international), order fulfilment, production support (filling canisters with aroma from drums), and take ownership of the inventory processes — ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include: Shipping and logistics – national & international freight quotes, shipments, delivery coordination, record keeping, invoices control and order fulfilment; Manage online order fulfilment - controlling end to function of shipment booking, tracking and order status; Subscription management – pick, pack, ship, track; Production & inventory support – fulfil equipment and spare parts, packing list creation, QA on incoming deliveries, label printing, inventory tracking, internal order query requests, processing returns, and support stocktake; and Managing a small team of x3 Warehouse / Production Assistants consisting of great team retention & camaraderie. What You Need to Succeed Proven background as a Warehouse Coordinator / Supervisor managing small teams - essential; Familiarity with freight processes (national & international), negotiation and hands on management style as needed; Exposure to 3PL management, and exposure to multiple systems; Strong skills in Microsoft Excel & online inventory systems; Production management experience / exposure will be viewed as highly advantageous; Able to manually lift 10–12kg boxes as part of day-to-day duties; and Walking stacker experience desirable.
