Job Description About the role Windermere’s Redress Support Service provides a trauma informed response to victim survivors of institutional child sexual abuse. Our state-wide access point is a pathway to information, advice, an assessment of needs, and referral for ongoing Redress support and other services as required. Victim survivors may be referred for ongoing Redress support to the funded Redress Support Services across Victoria, or internally to Windermere Redress Support Workers according to capacity. This position is perfectly suited for Support Workers with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a trauma related program or similar field. There is currently 1 Part-Time Contract position available – 0.8 (30.4 hours per week) until 30 June 2026, with potential for contract to be extended. Why work at Windermere?
