They are currently seeking Registered Nurses & Midiwives to support communities in general primary health care, families & expecting mothers. The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced RN & Midwife to take on a meaningful clinical roles & leadership postions. Key responsibilities include: General Primary Health care Delivering antenatal and postnatal care that is culturally safe, trauma-informed, and community-based Supporting local Aboriginal women and children Coordinating care with internal health programs and external services Promoting positive birth outcomes and maternal/infant wellbeing through education and advocacy Contributing to the evaluation and enhancement of an innovative maternal health initiative Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, local communities, and visiting health professionals.
