Pillar Partners are seeking a full time all-round Accounts Manager to work with our client who are a Residential & Commercial Builder located in the Eastern Suburbs. Due to their increased workload and positive growth plans this year they are looking to engage a hands on Accounts Manager in a full-time capacity. Candidates must have previous experience in construction, new build and/or fit-out projects. Role Duties: Manage the company’s accounts email Handle all accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) Raise client invoices on job completion. Create and maintain progress payment schedules for larger jobs. Prepare profit and loss (P&L) reports for weekly management meetings Payroll and Payments: Prepare weekly batches and have them approved by directors/ project managers. Pay weekly batches and send out remittances. Company Credit Management: Manage and monitor payments for company AMEX card. Manage and monitor payments for the Bunnings Power Pass cards. Oversee all company trade credit accounts and ensure payments are made on time. Handle ad-hoc credit card payments as required by the company. Tax and Compliance: Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and external accountants for BAS (Business Activity Statement) and end-of-year tax matters. Assist in gathering necessary documentation for the Australian Tax Office (ATO) General Administrative Support The ideal person has competencies in.
