The Opportunity As a key part of our site crew, you’ll report to the Site Supervisor and help bring major civil works to life. You’ll be hands-on, outdoors, and right in the action. Your day-to-day will include: Manual labour and hands-on site work Working alongside Pipelayer crews Supporting plant and machinery teams Following safe work practices and supervisor instructions Helping keep sites productive, efficient, and safe What You Bring We’re after solid workers with a great attitude and a genuine team spirit. To be considered, you’ll need: Previous experience in civil labouring (subdivisions a bonus) A current driver’s licence and reliable transport A valid White Card Strong communication and teamwork skills A safety-first mindset and the ability to work under pressure A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to work across multiple sites Why Join Us?
