A prestigious school on Sydney’s Lower North Shore is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join its internal marketing and communications function. This full-time, office-based role is ideal for a marketing all-rounder who enjoys both strategic input and hands-on execution. You'll contribute to branding, student enrolment, event promotion, and digital content, bringing the school’s story to life across print and digital channels. As the Marketing Associate, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to coordinate a wide range of initiatives. From digital campaigns and social media content to school publications and event promotion, this role combines creativity with coordination to support and grow the school’s profile and community engagement. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns Manage and maintain the school’s marketing calendar to align with communications priorities Develop and coordinate marketing materials across print and digital platforms Create engaging content for social media and manage scheduling/posting Assist with website updates, user experience improvements, and performance tracking Monitor and report on marketing analytics, including social and web performance Capture day-to-day school events through photography and video Support internal communications and the production of school publications Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to support campaign delivery Oversee in-house design tasks and coordinate with external designers as needed Ideal candidate: You’re a proactive, organised marketing professional who enjoys a collaborative environment and takes pride in producing polished, impactful content. A degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field (preferred) Previous experience working in a Marketing related role Experience using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency in digital platforms (e.g., WordPress, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) A collaborative, can-do attitude and keen attention to detail Strong project management and organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to analyse performance data and make insights-driven improvements Experience in education marketing or working within a school is preferred but not essential What's in it for you?
