Why Join · Friendly, collaborative team with great banter and a small, open-plan office · Supportive leadership and a people-first mindset · Flexibility to support family-life balance · Work with customers, solve real problems & see the impact of your work · $130-140k, plus super and Annual Review Why you’ll love it here: Sydney office with free parking Structured career pathways and professional development Regular team events, strong leadership and a positive culture 3 days WFH and flexible working Fast 2-stage interview process – happening this week The Role Join the projects team to design & deliver cloud & infrastructure solutions Project work & escalation for Level 3 technical support across a range of customer environments Work across Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Modern Workplace, Security & Networking Handle Level 3 escalations from the BAU team Collaborate with Customer Success to shape strategic client roadmaps Own project handovers and documentation, ensuring smooth delivery Support internal improvements & assist the broader team as an escalation point Experience Required: Australian PR or Citizenship required – ESSENTIAL Recent/current experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) Current project design/delivery experience and Level 3 escalation Excellent communication and client-facing skills Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure, M365, Intune, Exchange, Active Directory Windows Server and virtualisation – Hyper-V or VMware Some networking (FortiGate / HP Aruba) Team Culture Collaborative Strong focus on team enjoyment and fun, while maintaining professionalism when needed Success is measured not just by technical skills, but by a team-first attitude Ideal for someone who enjoys working in a tight-knit, high-performing support environment Interested?
