Responsibilities: Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate coding to the general ledger Reconcile vendor statements and manage outstanding queries Prepare and process weekly and monthly payment runs Maintain accurate and up-to-date AP ledgers Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve invoice or payment discrepancie Support senior management to ensure smooth day to day operations, which include matters relating to expenditure, client servicing, compliance and more. Experience & Qualifications Hold a bachelor’s degree majoring in accounting Either be a graduate or have up to 1 years experience in an Accounting role An interest in becoming a Chartered Accountant or a CPA Excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate with all stakeholders Attention to detail, strong analytical and organisational skills Ability to work independently with limited supervision Experience working in a team environment Self-starter attitude with high level of enthusiasm for the financial services sector.
