The Company Our client is a leading organisation delivering large-scale services and solutions to millions of customers nationally. As part of their transformation agenda, they are undertaking a major HRIS and Payroll systems implementation, with a strong focus on optimising people processes and enhancing the employee experience across the business. The Role This is a 12-month fixed-term contract for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of a new Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll platform. Candidates must have prior experience delivering similar system implementations-ideally with platforms such as UKG, Workday, SuccessFactors, ADP, or SAP. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end implementation of the new HRIS and Payroll system Develop and manage detailed project plans, scope, and timelines Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure project alignment Coordinate change management, training, and communications to support adoption Oversee data migration, reporting setup, and process redesign Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and project updates Identify and resolve risks, issues, and roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle Drive continuous improvement across people systems and processes Support additional People & Safety project initiatives as required Candidate Experience Proven project management experience with a strong focus on HRIS/Payroll system implementations (e.g. UKG Ready, Workday, SuccessFactors, ADP, SAP) Background in HR or systems projects, with exposure to payroll, time & attendance, and employee lifecycle processes Demonstrated ability to lead process mapping, stakeholder engagement, and change initiatives Please note, we can only contact successfully shortlisted candidates.
