About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Fitter & Turner to support production operations within a busy polyurethane manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with machinery and contributing to the success of a growing business. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance, repair and adjustment of production machinery and equipment Precision fitting of machine components Support in setup and operation of polyurethane casting equipment General maintenance tasks across the workshop Assist with fabrication and tooling requirements as needed Adhere to all WHS and company safety protocols What We're Looking For: Trade qualified Fitter & Turner Minimum 2 years’ experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work autonomously and within a small team Forklift licence desirable but not essential Strong attention to detail and safety focus Job Details: Part-time : 3 days per week (flexible scheduling available) Location : Goulburn NSW Industry : Manufacturing (Polyurethane & Rubber products) Hours : 24 hours/week approximately Pay : Competitive hourly rate based on experience If you’re ready to contribute to a passionate and dedicated team while enjoying flexible working hours, we want to hear from you!
