We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administrator to join our team. Key Responsibilities Organize project meetings, developing project plans, timelines, and budgets. Maintain and track the project plan, timelines, and milestones across all workstreams. Coordinate internal and external project activities, ensuring effective collaboration and follow-through. Engaging and managing stakeholders, including providing regular updates and addressing concerns or issues that arise during the project. Liaise with clients, suppliers, team members and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and correspondence. Handle invoicing, budget tracking, and financial reporting for projects. Provide necessary support to project leaders and site teams. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years proven experience as project administrator or similar position. Familiarity with project management software tools and methods. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
