Job Description Community Engagement Advisor Overview: This role is to foster and maintain relationships with stakeholders through clear communication channels, and strong issue management, ensuring their involvement and commitment to achieving project goals. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all elements of stakeholder engagement, from planning to development and implementation, across multiple projects. Design engagement strategies, fulfilling reporting requirements, and supporting project-related activities to ensure that outcomes are delivered on time, while adhering to the agency's established project management approach. Track and assess all stakeholder engagement activities across various projects, including managing risks and impact assessment Monitor progress and ensure successful project completion. Manage project teams, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks and quality standards, to deliver all critical project milestones and objectives. Conducting key research - aiding recommendations to inform and improve stakeholder engagement decision-making. Location and Contract Term: This role is based in Parramatta on a 5-month initial contract term (WFH options available) with likely extensions.
