DESCRIPTION Reporting to our Admin Manager you will coordinate documents and gather and input data related to assigned administrative support duties. You will make an impact in the following ways: - Co-ordinate administrative requirement primarily with Service team - Create PO's for service team - Processing invoices for service department - Enter technician hours on jobs as required - Administer customer online portals and training requirements for the service team - Open jobs for service team as required with support from Service Advisor - Gather and maintain information in centralised databases - Attend meetings as required internal and external - Assist with project related administration including forward ordering of parts and equipment as required, preventative maintenance and tooling. RESPONSIBILITIES To be successful in this role you will need the following: - Demonstrated administrative experience in Automotive, Construction or other Trade related fields. - Experience of delivering first class customer service - Demonstrate care and attention to detail - Confident with Microsoft Office suite and working across different databases and systems - A self-starter who is looking to who is happy to be the go to person for the team - Positive, upbeat attitude and ability pick up things quickly - Strong work ethic and result orientation - Works well in a small group of people QUALIFICATIONS - Manages the vehicle administration for the site fleet - Completes invoicing in a timely manner Coordinates preventative maintenance activities Job Service Organization Cummins Inc.
