Key responsibilities include: Supporting the Centre Director with leadership and management duties Assisting with daily operations, staff rosters, and centre documentation Mentoring educators and promoting a positive, team-focused culture Ensuring the centre maintains compliance with regulations and policies Building strong relationships with families and the local community Leading and implementing centre events, initiatives, and programs Who You Are: You’re passionate, nurturing, and thrive in a collaborative team. You build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, and bring energy, creativity, and innovation to your teaching practice.
