You'll be part of a close-knit team of three bubbly and supportive team members, working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where no two days are the same. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to : Manage Customer Bookings: Handle service enquiries and schedule appointments efficiently across multiple brands and departments. Coordinate Workshop Load: Allocate jobs to the right bays, technicians, or advisors based on job type and complexity. -Customer Communication: Provide accurate advice on servicing, recalls, and warranty; follow up on no-shows and declined work. Database & System Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date customer and vehicle records; manage repair orders using DMS systems. Internal Liaison: Collaborate with service teams to ensure smooth workflow and prioritise urgent or time-sensitive jobs. Campaign & Recall Management: Book in recall and campaign work, and support customer retention initiatives with reminder calls. Reporting & Admin Tasks: Prepare daily booking reports, track conversion rates, and support CSI or follow-up surveys. Support Internal Bookings: Process service bookings for demos, pre-delivery inspections, and staff vehicles. We are looking for someone who : Has proven customer service experience and takes pride in delivering exceptional support. Is customer-focused and genuinely enjoys helping people and solving problems. Communicates clearly and professionally, both over the phone and in writing. Is highly organised and can manage multiple bookings, schedules, and follow-ups with ease. Stays calm under pressure, handling busy periods and challenging customers confidently. Works well as part of a collaborative team, supporting service advisors, technicians, and management. Brings a proactive, can-do attitude and shows initiative in daily tasks. Has excellent attention to detail and ensures all information is accurate and up to date. This is a full time position working Monday to Friday.
