Job Description Answering enquiries from customers and internal staff regarding delivery issues Provide knowledgeable, courteous and helpful customer service to internal and external customers Ensure customer satisfaction in every transaction; daily target of of bookings are achieved Trouble shoot, problem solve and offer the best possible solution to customer queries including complaints Prepare and enter despatch information into the DISTRIB computer system with very high accuracy and in a timely manner Coordinate and manage delivery jobs for drivers and provide administrative support within the process. Radaro (Transport Management System) to be maintained daily. Use Radaro to prepare and route runs for sub-contractors. Report and log customer concerns or requirements to staff in other departments in an appropriate and timely manner to minimise customer dissatisfaction. Ensure Time and Attendance is adhered within the company policies. Ensure coordination of OHS across whole of work site and implementing safe work practices where necessary Ensure escalated issues are dealt with in a timely manner. Assist in managing Delivery teams / Carriers. Despatch administration tasks to be completed daily. Any task directed by Despatch Supervisor. Assist both dispatch and service departments if and when required as directed by the National Despatch Operations Manager
