We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Casual Outdoor Maintenance Worker to join our Home Care team . About the Role: As an Outdoor Maintenance Worker, you will provide essential services such as window cleaning, lawn mowing, and minor outdoor tasks for our home care clients. You’ll play an important role in supporting their wellbeing and independence through respectful and professional service. Key Responsibilities: Lawn mowing and general yard maintenance Window and exterior cleaning Minor garden tidy-ups or outdoor maintenance as needed Ensuring equipment is maintained in a safe and working condition Providing friendly, respectful service in line with Bundaleer’s values About You: Previous experience in outdoor maintenance, gardening, or cleaning roles (preferred) A genuine desire to help older people live independently Good time management and the ability to work unsupervised Physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and provide COVID-19 vaccination evidence Selection Criteria: Previous experience in a Gardening/maintenance role. Able to demonstrate correct manual handling techniques. Good communication skills. Ability to work autonomously including problem solving. A current Police Check or willing to obtain. Manual drivers' licence. Horticulture Certificate II or higher is desirable (not essential) Apply Now!
