Role Overview Reporting to the CPO and working closely with our Safety and Sustainability leaders, you will build and embed systems and frameworks to enhance the organisational approach to risk and compliance and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards. Key Deliverables Design the framework: create registers, policies and assurance cadences that work in the field. Own the IMS & establish document control protocols: keep documents current and audit ready. Manage audit & QA cycles: schedule, audit as required and close actions—driving continuous improvement across AU/NZ. Licence & certification oversight : proactive monitor and renew corporate licences, permits, and regulatory registrations Environmental readiness: manage MSDS registers, spill response and emergency docs. Ethical & regulatory reporting: deliver modern-slavery, ESG and board dashboards About You We are looking for an experienced professional with 10 years' experience in multi-site blue collar environment who can Shape a stand-alone compliance function from day one. Simplify complexity into clear, auditable action. Influence traction on risk management at the Executive level You will have Tertiary qualification in risk, compliance, law , business or similar.
