The role: This role is all about promoting the BMW brand on technical superiority , as an expert on BMW's largest ever product range; and transferring your enthusiasm for the brand through exceptional customer service. In this role, you must have a desire to exceed customer expectations and enjoy going the extra mile for your customers . With strong interpersonal skills you will be proactive in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships whilst growing the dealership's customer base.
