Your responsibilities will include: Leading clinical governance, compliance and care outcomes in line with Aged Care Quality Standards Managing rosters and care delivery to meet AN-ACC minute requirements Recruiting, mentoring and developing high-performing care teams Partnering with residents, families and staff to foster a connected, inclusive culture Driving continuous improvement alongside the senior leadership team About you: Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in residential aged care (e.g., DON, Facility Manager) Strong working knowledge of AN-ACC, clinical governance and aged care standards Exceptional leadership, communication and people management skills A calm, thoughtful and values-based approach to leadership This role is ideal for a seasoned aged care leader looking to make an impact in a well-resourced, premium environment — where care, connection and community are truly prioritised.
