A newly opened, independently owned imaging clinic in Noosa is seeking a passionate and experienced Radiographer or Sonographer to step into a full-time Team Leader role. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of Radiographers and Sonographers to deliver exceptional patient care. Manage daily workflow and ensure the smooth running of the clinic. Provide hands-on clinical support in your modality (Radiography or Sonography). Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and quality assurance. Drive staff development, mentoring, and performance feedback. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimise service delivery. Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional growth initiatives. Key Skills & Qualifications Required: AHPRA Registration as a Radiographer or ASAR Accreditation as a Sonographer. Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in your field. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is desirable. Strong communication, decision-making, and organisational skills. A passion for team culture, patient care, and clinical excellence. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting.
