We are seeking a Head of Finance to join our Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This is a pivotal role where you’ll lead the Group’s finance function and play a strategic role in our growth journey. You’ll be responsible for financial reporting, compliance, legal oversight, and commercial analysis, while also managing a small team (both local and offshore). Finance & Strategy Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and statutory accounts Manage cash flow, funding, and financial controls Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and ELT to support decision-making Present financial insights and performance updates to the Board Drive process improvement, systems optimisation, and commercial analysis Compliance & Risk Ensure full compliance with financial, legal, and industry regulations Monitor and manage risk through robust systems and controls Stay across regulatory developments in recruitment and professional services Legal & Commercial Oversight Review and negotiate commercial agreements Manage legal risk and liaise with external counsel as required Maintain policies and procedures aligned with legal and ethical standards About You You’re a high-performing finance leader with the commercial acumen, technical expertise, and collaborative style to make a real impact. Ideally, you bring: 10 years in senior finance roles, preferably in recruitment, consulting, or professional services CA/CPA qualification and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar Proven experience in reporting, compliance, and financial planning Strong business partnering skills and confidence presenting to Boards Leadership experience and the ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team Analytical mindset with sound systems knowledge Why Join The Next Group?
