If you’ve been working in construction for a couple of years and want to take your skills to the next level, this could be the opportunity for you. Salary: $76,000 – $82,000 per year (based on experience) Experience: 2 years in construction/building Bonus: Diploma of Building & Construction (preferred but not required) Key Duties Assisting in interpreting plans and specifications Organising and coordinating site activities and subcontractors Scheduling materials deliveries and maintaining inventory records Supervising the work quality and progress on-site Preparing reports and documentation Ensuring all safety and compliance standards are met Communicating with clients, site managers, and tradespeople Supporting day-to-day operational decisions on-site Key Skills: Sound understanding of construction methods and materials Ability to read and interpret building plans and drawings Strong communication and coordination skills Time management and the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure Familiarity with WHS (Workplace Health and Safety) practices Team player with a proactive attitude Basic computer and reporting skills Why Join AAAK Projects?
