We’re looking for a proactive and technically capable Project & Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of critical infrastructure and operational projects across our growing business. About the Role: Working closely with our team - whose vision, experience, and network are driving our strategic growth - this role is all about turning ideas into practical outcomes. You’ll be the one on the ground, supporting the General Manager to ensure they stay on track. This is a hands-on, diverse position ideal for someone with a background in construction, infrastructure, engineering or technical project delivery. You’ll play a vital role in: Supporting infrastructure projects such as feedlot expansion, DA approvals, drainage, milling systems and more. Coordinating logistics, contractors, and timelines across multiple sites. Assisting in operational project administration and scoping including detailed analysis and cost reporting. Managing technical documentation, reporting and presentations for key stakeholders. Providing regular project updates and operational insights to key team members. Travelling to sites as required to oversee or support work on the ground. Organising and coordinating day-to-day maintenance needs for the Brisbane office. You don’t need experience in agriculture, but you do need a solid understanding of how projects come together - and the initiative to make things happen. What You’ll Bring: A background in building, construction, engineering or infrastructure delivery. Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities. Solid working knowledge of Excel, report writing and presentations. The confidence to engage with people at all levels - from contractors to company leaders. A forward-thinking approach with strong problem-solving skills. A ‘get in and get it done’ attitude - you're not afraid to do the legwork. Flexibility to travel as projects require.
