About the role As our Real Estate Sales Support Officer you will be first point of contact for our clients and provide sales admin support to our agents with creating marketing collateral for new listings, preparing contracts and coordinating open homes. Responsibilities As a Sales Support Officer, you will: Provide sales administration support to the real estate team Act as the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring prompt and professional responses Prepare, proof and manage listing documentation, sales contracts and correspondence Coordinate marketing materials, online listings and open home schedules Maintain and update CRM systems and client databases Assist with general office tasks including filing, data entry and reporting About you To succeed at Elders, you will have: Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g. Agentbox) Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Professional communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn About Elders Elders is one of Australia's most trusted and iconic companies with a diverse portfolio of businesses.
