About the role As a Community Relations Trainee, you will help support Essential Energy’s Community Relations team help build and maintain trust with customers, community organisations and various other stakeholders across our network. You will be part of an important link between our field teams, and frontline workforce and our corporate functions, and get a great insight into how the business works to solve problems and balance competing priorities. You will gain a Certificate IV in Business over 18 months, and develop skills in critical thinking, problem solving and professional writing, while working as part of a team with members spread across the Essential Energy footprint. One role is available in 2026, and will ideally be located at Armidale, Dubbo, Griffith, Mildura/Buronga or Tamworth. Albury, Balranald, Barham, Barraba, Berrigan, Bourke, Broken Hill, Cobar, Condobolin, Coonabarabran, Coonamble, Corowa, Culcairn, Deniliquin, Forbes, Gilgandra, Gunnedah, Guyra, Hay, Hillston, Jerilderie, Lake Cargelligo, Leeton, Narrabri, Narromine, Nyngan, Parkes, Quirindi, Tooleybuc, Walcha, Walgett, Warren, West Wyalong and Wilcannia will also be considered.
