The Role: As a F&I Business Manager, you will work alongside an experienced and talented sales team within a state-of-the-art showroom, as the business manager you’ll have the opportunity to help drive our vision of ‘ Complete Customer Satisfaction’ . With an extensive range of financial and insurance services operating out of one the largest BMW dealership in Western Sydney , the opportunities are endless for you to form meaningful customer connections while taking advantage of an uncapped commission structure . You will ensure the profitable sale of finance, insurance and extended warranties through offering flexible finance arrangements to our customers and developing long term repeat business for the company. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Proactive and consistent introduction of both Finance and Insurance products to customers Ensure all avenues of finance are explored to provide the customer with best finance facilities Prepare and submit all financial applications and liaise with financiers to achieve swift positive customer outcomes Monitoring, managing, and motivating your team on their achievement to performance expectations To be successful in this role you must offer the following: Finance and Insurance knowledge (accredited with Finance providers). Previous experience in the automotive industry Previous experience in a similar role Advanced interpersonal skills KPI focused and highly self motivated What we need from you: Previous automotive sales experience Strong customer service skills Finance and Insurance knowledge (accredited with Finance providers).
