Job Title: Business Analyst ServiceNow (Telecom Domain) Location: Sydney & Melbourne Employment Type: Contract Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the Telecom domain to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in process design , stakeholder engagement , and ServiceNow platforms , with a proven ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements. Key Responsibilities: Capture and articulate business and user requirements in the form of user stories for agile environments. Ensure requirements are well understood, developed, tested, and delivered in line with specifications and business objectives. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to identify, prioritize, model, and document business processes and data requirements. Represent stakeholders during planning, development, testing, and release cycles. Collaborate with platform and development teams to estimate delivery timelines and resource needs. Support testing efforts by validating requirements, performing gap analysis, and ensuring solution alignment. Champion change management and user adoption initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders. Design and define processes across Customer, IT, and Employee workflows. Provide insights and best practices related to ITSM, Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, or HR Service Delivery. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on process design within ITSM or ServiceNow modules (CSM, FSM, HRSD). Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow and its capabilities. Experience working in agile project environments and delivering outcomes in iterative cycles. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English . Proven experience in stakeholder management across business and technical teams. Telecom industry experience is mandatory . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
